What services does the rental fee include?

During your allotted time, the fee includes:

  • Use of “the barn,” including two suites (one with a private bathroom), two ADA compliant restrooms for guests, a food warming room, and a transformable 3,200 square foot general area. 

  • Use of the 25X40 pavilion 

  • Use of the surrounding grounds

  • 20 round tables (60”)

  • 2 rectangular utility tables (36” X 96”)

  • 200 white folding chairs

  • 20 round white table linens (60”) 

  • Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs

  • Between the Vines staff member at rehearsal and wedding

Are other events scheduled on the same day?

Between the Vines will never hold another event at the same time as your booking.

What is your alcohol policy?

Between the Vines only allows beer and wine to be served at your event. No liquor is permitted. In the event that the client plans to have alcohol served at their event we require you to have a certified bartender and you must obtain a “day of” beer and wine license via the Carroll County Community Development Department

 

If alcohol is being served, we also require that a security guard (that we provide) be on duty.

Can we have a live band?

Yes, you may have a live band, disc jockey, or both!

Is Between the Vines Events insured and up to codes?

Between the Vines Events’ facilities are approved and annually inspected by the state of Georgia Fire Marshal's office and insured via a private company. You’re in safe hands with us.

Are there adequate restroom facilities?

There are three restrooms total. One is a private restroom within a suite, but there are two multiple-occupancy, ADA compliant restrooms for guests.

Can you accommodate physically challenged guests?

Between the Vines Events is an ADA compliant event venue. 

Are there any restrictions we need to know about?

Between the Vines requires that all activity at the facility is completed by 11 p.m. on the day of your event. After 9 p.m., we ask that the noise remain at a reasonable level until close.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept cash, checks, money orders, and in-person and online credit card transactions with an added convenience fee. ​​
